Online Admission Forms Guidelines

Admission form can be filled either by filling printed form (attached in prospectus) and submitted in the college office OR you can fill it online form using college website (ggnkcl.com). To fill the online admission form it requires FORM NO and UNIQUE CODE.

There are two methods to get the FORM NO and UNIQUE CODE

Method 1: Purchase the prospectus from college then you will get receipt which includes FORM NO and UNIQUE CODE. Using this you can fill the form.

Method 2: If you are unable to come to college to buy prospectus then you can

  • 1. Deposit 450/- (Non Refundable) in Punjab and Sind bank, Khalsa Education Council A/C 08251000011002 and then send the scanned copy of the deposit slip to ggnkcl@rediffmail.com along with your name and mobile number. After confirmation of payment we will send FORM NO and UNIQUE CODE to your mobile through SMS.

  • 2. You can send the DD of Rs. 450/- (Non Refundable) in the favor of ‘Khalsa Education Council’, and send it to ‘Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Civil Lines, Ludhiana-141001, Also send the scanned copy of DD to ggnkcl@rediffmail.com along with your name and mobile number. After confirmation of payment we will send FORM NO and UNIQUE CODE to your mobile through SMS.

General Guidelines

  • Upload your Picture and Signature picture in the provided format only.
  • Profile picture should be less than 200kb and of size : Height 180px, Width 140px.
  • Signature picture should be less than 200kb and of size : Height 60px, Width 160px.
  • Fields marked with red * sign are mandatory to submit the form.
  • It`s necessary to fill and submit all the steps for the admission application.

Admission process is divided into 5 main steps.

  • 1. Student Information Form
  • 2. Student`s Parent Information Form
  • 3. Student`s Previous Education Information Form
  • 4. Other Information Form
  • 5. Confirmation

Step 1

In first step (Student Information Form), student has to input all his personal details. First select the course you want to apply for. Then select the optional subjects if any for your course. After that fill, all your personal details.

Click on Save & Continue button to go to next step.


Step 2

In step 2 please fill the details of your parents.



Step 3

Fill all your previous education details in this step.

Click on Add Previous Education button to add the information for your previous course/education.

Click on Add new subject button to add subject details for the previous education.

For +2 your total percentage will be automatically calculated once you add the subject details



Step 4

In step 4 you can select if you want to avail the parking facility, Wi-Fi facility.

Select the appropriate NCC/NSS/University/Board Certificate you are holding.



Step 5

In step 5 you can review all of your entered details, and upload your signature sample picture. Please review all your details, upload your signature sample picture, and submit. Once you submit your form, you can print your admission form.
